Why a bag?
Because a child with a bag on their back shows up to school. They are taken seriously by teachers, by classmates, and — most importantly — by themselves. A bag is a small object that carries a big message: you belong here.
The journey so far
- Edition 1.0: Our first pilot outreach to a single primary school.
- Edition 2.0 — Back to School: Expanded to multiple schools with branded merchandise and printed motivational signs.
- Edition 3.0: Multi-community delivery with full volunteer mobilisation.
- Edition 4.0: Our largest yet — hundreds of children, multiple schools, full media documentation.
