How we plan each outreach
- Identify: We work with local partners — schools, churches, community leaders — to find the children most in need.
- Mobilise: We rally donors and volunteers around a specific, named project with a clear deliverable.
- Deliver: We show up in person. No middlemen. Every bag, book and uniform is handed to a child by a volunteer.
- Document: We share the story — photos, names, quotes — so donors see exactly what their giving did.
- Return: Wherever possible, we revisit communities so children know we didn't forget them.
